Refund Policy

1. Digital Products – No Refund Policy

All digital products, including e-books, templates, courses, and any other downloadable content, are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital products, once purchased, they cannot be returned or exchanged. If you encounter any issues accessing your purchase, please contact our support team at hello@marymasamo.com.

 

2. Consulting Services Refund Policy

We strive to deliver value through our consulting services. However, we understand that situations may arise requiring a refund or rescheduling. Our policy is as follows:

A. Cancellations & Refunds:
24-Hour Cancellation: Clients can cancel or reschedule a consultation at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment for a full refund or credit towards a future session.
Less than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable but can be rescheduled at no additional cost.
No-Shows: If a client does not show up for a scheduled consultation without prior notice, the session is considered forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.
 
B. Service Satisfaction:

If you are dissatisfied with your consultation, please reach out to us at hello@marymasamo.com within 48 hours of your session. While we do not guarantee refunds, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution.

 

3. General Terms

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@marymasamo.com.
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days once approved.
